reservation

- Reservations are binding as soon as you have received the final reservation confirmation from us and/or you have paid and transferred a deposit to us upon our request.

- Cancellation conditions

Currently, no deposit or payment is required. We trust that you will come.

Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 8 weeks before the arrival date. If cancellation is made 8 weeks or more before the arrival date, we ask for your understanding that we have to charge 60% of the costs.

From 3 weeks before the arrival date, 80% will be charged, from 2 weeks before the arrival date, 100% will be charged. Of course, if we can rent the apartment to someone else, the cancellation fee will be reduced.

Dogs&Pets

For hygiene reasons and because of the otherwise very time-consuming cleaning of our apartments, pets are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment. We ask for your understanding.

Smoke

Smoking is not permitted in the house or in the apartments.

It is generally permitted outside as long as it does not affect neighbors. If there are any complaints, we ask for your understanding if you bring this to our attention. The well-being and health of all guests is important to us.
